Chickadee Ridge Snow Hike

Hike snowy Chickadee Ridge with SFSU alumni!
Join SFSU alumni for a beautiful hike* to Chickadee Ridge in Lake Tahoe. There you’ll enjoy remarkable views of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding Sierra. You’ll also spot a number of chickadees flying about, which inspired the name Chickadee Ridge. Pack your own lunch to enjoy with fellow Gators at the summit on Jessie’s Peak. All participants will need their own snowshoes and hiking poles. Local rental places are: Bobo’s Ski, Galena Sports and Mountain Top Sports. SFSU Alumni Association will provide a sweet treat for all to enjoy!

Meet at 10 a.m. at the Tahoe Meadows Trail parking lot.
Hike begins at 10:15 a.m.
Attendance is free; registration is required
RSVP by March 7.
